Butternut Squash Soup with Tarragon (GAPS Legal)

I love fresh tarragon and can’t seem to get enough of it!  Since I’ll be going on the GAPS Intro diet next week, I wanted to make a creamed soup with tarragon that I could eat either hot or cold.  This is it!  I could eat this all day, and it is super easy to make!!! Soy-Free Soy Sauce (GAPS-legal)

As many of you know, I’m preparing to go on the GAPS introduction diet and am currently working on prepping stock, veggies, boiled meat and soup for my freezer.  Lots of it!  I will post about it after the holiday, but wanted to share this exciting recipe I discovered last week for easy, homemade, soy-free soy sauce.
