Week 11 on GAPS Intro – Last Post of the Series

If you’ve been following my recent GAPS adventures, you know I’ve been on the Introduction diet for about 2 1/2 months to heal from Fibromyalgia.  It has been quite a roller coaster ride, but finally leveled off for the last couple weeks with little to no digestive issues or symptoms. Week 4 & 5 on GAPS Intro – Slow Going

Not much happened during week 4 of doing the GAPS Intro diet so I decided to combine weeks 4 and 5 for this post.  I was having some constipation, and Dr. Campbell-McBride says to wait to move to the next stage until all digestive issues have cleared.
