Perpetual broth This has been my mantra for the last couple of weeks with a short break for Independence Day. Fortunately, the weather has been excellent here with low temperatures and cloudy days. As many of you know, I’m preparing to go on the GAPS introduction diet and am currently working on prepping stock, veggies, boiled meat and soup for my freezer. Lots of it!
